Our Student Support Teams play a key role in making Weald an inclusive, happy and caring learning environment for all our students. The teams, one on each campus, consist of support staff expert in their own field and devoted to supporting the pastoral, wellbeing, medical and safeguarding welfare of our students.
The Teams have a dedicated and purposeful area in each campus which can be accessed by all students at times of needs and respite. The Teams work closely with our pastoral teams, Learning Support Team, SENCO, parents and carers, and external agencies when required.
