The successful candidate will be able to analyse data, have strong student management skills, and work with a broad range of staff to achieve the best student outcomes. The post includes the leadership of the AQA Baccalaureate. The post-holder will support the Head of Sixth Form in the leadership of the Year 12 and 13 tutor teams.
You will be ambitious, dynamic, hardworking and committed to ensuring that your students achieve high levels of performance in post-16 qualifications. You will have a track record of establishing strong and supportive relationships with students and parents and be able to deal sensitively and effectively with their needs.
